One of the greyest areas concerns wild fish. If it is wild, the USDA says you can sell it as organic, yet there is still a very high chance that it may contain mercury and other chemicals.

When giving out gifts to your colleagues at work, there are usually many factors to take into account and you need to make sure that what you tend to be giving out is appropriate as possible. I’ve received a lot of gifts that did not really do me virtually any good and only brought me more problems to start with. A number of which includes a gift certificate for Starbucks that is not even enough to purchase a small coffee unless you add cash to it, a pirated DVD of an old film I have in never heard of, a set of Christmas balls that have a ripped box and a mug that has a crack.

It’s funny to find gifts like these knowing that you have no use for any of it. So just for other people’s sake, I am coming up with a tested and approved list of gift-giving do’s and don’ts to make sure that what you are giving is something that the recipient will surely appreciate because it is something that they can use.  Read more...

The guys who were being admired before for looking rough and ragged such as Brad Pitt and Russell Crowe are currently looking more neat and clean. Not necessarily because it is the “in” thing to do right now but they probably feel that it is about time to appreciate life and pamper themselves with all the good things that life has to provide.
