Lake Frederick is a popular destinantion in Virginia. The Oxbridge group looked at the are around the lake and decided it would be a great location for it’s premier gated retirement community, Shenandoah. the community has 942 acres of land with panoramic views of the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains, miles of trails through the local woodlands, and access to the lake for great boating and fishing.
With Phase One under development, the community has 2,130 home sites. The first homes being built will feature lakefront, lake view, and mountain views. In the near future the association will begin building condos and town homes for a low maintenance living option.
