I receive feedback’s from customers who have tried many of my programs and found that their health conditions have improved as nothing has worked before. These clients are people who have suffered from insomnia.
In fact, one recent client cleverly wrote, “You’ll notice I’m sending you this email at 7:00 in the evening and not 3:00 in the morning.” For anyone who’s suffered from insomnia, these words ring true.
It is also considered as a symptom of health disorders or psychiatric disorders. Insomnia is referred as difficulty to sleep, staying asleep, waking several times at night.
There are many side effects of insomnia they include feeling tired or sleepy during day, fleeing un-refreshed while waking, look in a confusion, muscle fatigue, double vision and irritability.
The people who suffer from this primary insomnia usually do physical exercise during bedtime or they use stimulants such as caffeine, or drugs such as alcohol. There are 2 main categories for insomnia – primary and secondary. Primary insomnia is due to mental cause.
The causes for secondary insomnia are due to underlying medical condition. Some of these conditions include depression, (very high on the list), fibromyalgia, restless legs syndrome, menstruation and menopause (due to hormone shifts), and any injury which causes chronic pain.
