Entering affiliate marketing as a “newbie,” ican be daunting and a bit risky to your wallet to say the least. The multitude of possibilities and the bureaucratic and technical nature of setting up affiliations can be off putting to the novice and turn them into a paralyzed state of inaction and fear. You direct the client to that company or product and gain a commission if they buy or join. How do you do that? Well, by advertising your affiliate links, which are given to you by the program you join. Your links lead the customer to your landing page/blog or the companies website.The more traffic you send the more chance there is of making money in affiliate marketing.
To the uninitiated there is quite a lot to affiliate marketing, a lot to learn. You have to learn how to advertise by using ppc (pay per click advertising) on Google, Yahoo and MSN. This is a very effective way to build residual income and down line, however it can be both expensive and in affective if you don’t know what you’re doing. You’ll have to learn about keywords, landing pages etc. Most successful affiliate Marketers have their own blog and writ articles and release press releases. I know this sounds daunting, but in reality it’s very easy.There are other methods, many free to advertise your links e. g traffic exchanges, forums and social media.
