Lake Frederick is a popular destinantion in Virginia. The Oxbridge group looked at the are around the lake and decided it would be a great location for it’s premier gated retirement community, Shenandoah. the community has 942 acres of land with panoramic views of the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains, miles of trails through the local woodlands, and access to the lake for great boating and fishing.

With an age restriction of 55 or older, you are sure to find like minded people and forge new friendships with other residents. Children are allowed to visit, but no one’ or younger is allowed to reside in the community permanently.
