Do you often catch yourself daydreaming of ice cream or chocolate? If your thoughts are constantly wondering off on delicious, but fattening foods, and you’re scared that you might give in and eventually waste the time and effort you put in your thigh exercises, then don’t!

It’s healthy to imagine about food you used to eat when you’re on a diet. The diet “experts” who say that the diet they came out with, or recommend, is so great for those thigh exercises you’ve been doing, and that you will never return to your bad eating habits again, are fools. Some manufacturers say that when you finally rid your system of sugar, you won’t crave it anymore. But dieting pitfalls often occur because of habits we’ve formed around certain foods, not necessarily because we’re encountering a biological phenomenon.

Thus, it is safe to say that daydreaming of certain foods while you’re on a diet is normal. The question you must ask yourself now is how will you act on these episodes. They don’t have to cause your diet and your thigh exercises’ failure.

Daydreaming helps you face your food issues, and this is a good thing because binging usually occurs when you ignore food issues. Binging on food, specially unhealthy ones, will definitely ruin your thin thighs.

Completely getting rid of certain foods in your diet is not healthy. It may help in your thigh exercises, but it’s not recommended until you have your food issues under control.

Over time, as you begin to accept the fact that your favorites dishes aren’t gone for good, you’ll daydream about them less often and then you’ll be able to go about your day without food clouding your thoughts at all.

See daydreaming as a treatment. You can even make it a part of your diet. You daydream because you miss something, and thinking about it helps you remember it. When the day ends, you will catch yourself imagining of your slim thighs and not of food anymore.

Achieving those toned thighs is a lengthy process. You don’t just attain it overnight. Your mind and body should be in the right conditions, and it’s not just about deciding what food to eat, but also what thigh exercises to do.
