When dead skin cells and oils combine and block the pores in your skin, it creates a blockage. If it gets irritated by everyday bacteria, a pimple may form.
The most common spots for acne on body is the back and upper torso. Because these areas have more glands, they are more at risk of being infected by the sweat and oils from your skin.
It’s not likely that your clothes would cause body acne, however it may cause more irritation to areas that already have acne.
Sweat is the most common cause of body acne. Keeping the skin healthy is easy if you take a shower after every workout. Just make sure you don’t cause any irritation by scrubbing too much!

As with facial acne, acne on your body is very embarrassing. Many people try to cover up and hide under their clothing so nobody sees their acne.
It seems like you can’t have fun. Everything is uncomfortable. Forget about going swimming, and many teens with body acne are really scared to change in the locker room.
