Arm Toning For Women And Barbell Curls

Discovering how to get rid of arm fat with the absolute best exercises can be harder than finding a needle in a haystack. And I learned this the hard way.

But I have some excellent news for you. I am going to go through all those haystacks to find all those precious needles.

You may be wondering why I have decided to review so many exercises. Well, I simply don’t want other women to have to go through the same learning curve I went through.

Now the main issue here is that learning how to get rid of arm fat with exercise can be like walking through a mine field because of all the misinformation out there. Some of this misinformation is downright dangerous. So without further delay, here is my analysis of barbell curls:

1. Quick summary: Very few exercises will work your biceps through their entire range of motion. But barbell curls do this very well.

2. Technique: Grasp a barbell with an underhand grip. Stand straight up with hands at about shoulder width. Suck in your belly button for spinal stability. Breathe out and bring the barbell up. Breathe in and lower the barbell.

3. Frequent errors: Not keeping the body’s weight on the heel of the foot. Jerking the wrists upwards when raising the barbell. And pulling backwards during the middle portion of the movement.

4. Bottom line: It can be hard to maintain good from when going heavy with barbell curls. And you need to go heavy for the fastest arm toning. Nevertheless, this is an excellent exercise that every woman should do.
